By choosing to opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated MY4160 text messages, which may include habit check-ins, goal and milestone reminders, event reminders, project and deadline reminders, progress prompts, and replies and confirmations related to those interactions. Message frequency varies based on the reminders and check-ins you enable. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase, account creation, or use of MY4160’s non-SMS services.
You must provide a mobile number you own or are authorized to use. Submitting the form records your request only: texting is currently disabled, and your number must be verified before messaging is activated.
